This is one really nice ATX motherboard!  Look at the size of it.  It's huge!  Anyway this  motherboard is manufactured by FIC.  A real good motherboard manufacturer.  This motherboard supports a 100MHz bus which is real good if you plan on buying a Pentium II running at 350Mhz or greater.  This feature will significantly speed up productivity.  It allows faster communication between the CPU and other devices such as RAM and AGP cards.  This motherboard also contains 5 PCI expansion slots, 3 ISA expansion slots, and 1 AGP expansion slot.  It doesn't get any better than this.  If you are going to be installing a lot of expansion cards, this is definitely the card for you.  The ATX style of this motherboard allows all the expansion cards to be full size.  Since the processor does not get in the way.  That is the main advantage of an ATX motherboard.  Also, the AGP (Advanced Graphics Port) slot is great for those real nice 3D video cards.  This AGP slot takes more advantage of the video card since it can communicate with the cpu a lot faster.  This motherboard is great for the office applications and for the complex 3D graphic games. 

     This motherboard supports up to 1 gigabyte of RAM.  That is definitely more than any application today or in the near future will ever require.  But i guess it's a pretty nice feature but probably wont do any good for you over another motherboard which can support only 512 megabytes.  But one thing that will really effect you is the 1 megabyte of Level 2 cache.  That is a nice large amount of cache which will run your Pentium II as smooth as possible.  This is definitely one of the best Slot 1 motherboards out there today.
