Written By Dave Pitlyuk I bought this card with my new computer that I made. It uses the new NVIDIA RIVA TNT chipset which is comparable to the voodoo chipset and in my opinion surpasses it. Even when I was testing the graphics, it looked better on the STB Velocity then the reference image given. Plus the generous 16MB of video graphics was amazing. The only problem I had with it really is that it does not support 3dfx, even though the graphics are comparably close. I especially enjoyed the TV-out feature on this card which is not featured on its competitor, the Graphics Blaster RivaTNT card from Creative. It supports 640 by 480 and 800 by 600 resolutions and it is decently clear. It also comes with STB Vision 98 which is a plethora of desktop tools to work with your video card, in which I found came in handy. Plus it supports desktop sizes up to 1920 by 1200. It was a breeze sticking the card into my AGP slot and turning the computer on. The card is Plug And Play but you know how that works, and there are always some kind of problems. There was a problem with the STB Vision 98 drivers and I ended up needing to go to the STB website and downloading the drivers on my own. The server was pretty slow so it took me a long time to finally get my card working properly. Once I got it up and running it ran perfectly, and the outcome is incredible.
